Account of Mrs. Martha J. Lide (1811-1880), with Dr. J.J. McElrath (dates unknown), [Ouachita County, Arkansas], 2 May 1863. 1p, 8 1/2 x 10 1/2 in. Receipt notes payment received and itemizes services including attending "Negroes" and "Opening abcess [sic] Overseers child." -- Account of George [?] W. Ashby with Dr. Strother J. Wallis, [n.p.], February - December 1861. 1p, approx. 6 1/2 x 9 in. Receipt totals fees for visits throughout the year including for "Visit and dressing wound for [negro] Clay," "Visit to negro boy hurt by colt," and "Visit & delivering placenta for Negro Martha." -- Account of Capt. G. Wallis with Dr. John Walker, [n.p.], January 1848. 1p, approx. 8 x 5 in. Receipt includes fees for multiple visits with "Negro woman."
